I had a wonderful experience at Yvon’s Tropical Villa. The host family was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.
They helped plan all my excursions and gave me many useful tips and recommendations. Their advice was really helpful, especially as it was my first time in Praslin.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I also ordered breakfast twice, and on both occasions it was delicious and offered at a reasonable price. Room service was provided every day, which was a good plus.
What I appreciated most was their attention to the little details. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and took the time to understand and adapt to my preferences.
I highly recommend Yvon’s Tropical Villa to anyone visiting Praslin for the first time. You will be in safe hands!

I can only speak in superlatives about Yvon's Tropical Villa – it’s an absolutely fantastic place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt truly welcome. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for – and all of it brand new. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and hospitality, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Though I was slightly disappointed at first glance, I quickly became genuinely impressed by the experience. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality—especially the owner’s daughter, who personally looked after every detail with rare sincerity and care. Every meal was beautifully served on the room’s private balcony, with lovely presentation. The hosts are really incredibly warm and helpful, making you feel right at home.
While the AC could have been a bit weaker, all other amenities and comforts were excellent. The setting is quiet, green, and relaxing—yet conveniently located near beaches and shops. A perfect spot for travelers who value warmth, peace, and local charm.

An absolute dream – 100% recommendation! We had a wonderful time in Yvon’s Tropical Villa on Praslin and can fully recommend the accommodation. From the first moment we felt completely at home. The complex is beautifully maintained, quietly located and immediately conveys a feeling of relaxation and tropical paradise.
The food was simply fantastic – fresh, varied and prepared with a lot of love. Every single plate was a pleasure!

I had a truly wonderful stay in this vacation rental! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. I even received a fresh coconut upon arrival, and the next morning they surprised me with delicious fruit—a truly lovely gesture that I was very happy about.
The location is also top-notch: There's a beautiful beach right in front of the property, and at the same time, you're centrally located in Grand Anse, from where you can easily take buses to other destinations. Supermarkets are very close by, making shopping very easy.
I also really liked the apartment itself—it's modern, well-equipped, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. I can absolutely recommend the property! 🌴✨

We recommend Yvon's Tropical Villa. The facility was clean, well-kept, the owners were very nice, helpful and always smiling. They helped us organize a trip to Turtle Island and treated us to delicious fruit. We will gladly return here in the future 🙂.

New apartments, everything works, clean, closed courtyard with parking and a folding gate, opposite there is a small shop where you can buy everything you need, and a pizzeria with delicious pizza.
The nearest beach is not suitable for swimming, only for walking. Swimming beaches are a long way away.

Our stay. Absolutely recommended! The location is right on the beach, you just walk across the street. Exceptionally friendly was the lady who organized the whole thing.: has helped us several times, for example in organising a rental car both in Praslin and Mahe, in receiving the (unfortunately) delayed luggage of SeyAirs, in organising our New Year's Eve or in providing electricity generators in Zummer.
The air conditioning works perfectly (we were very important) 😀
The facility is very clean, everything was very newly built or super renovated.
I'd be happy to come back anytime! 🥰.

This location exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we received a bowl of delicious fruit. The apartment is spacious. We gratefully made use of the facilities, including the washing machine.
The area is quiet and has an authentic feel, and the nearby takeaways were universally recommended. There's a small shop around the corner where you can find everything you need, such as laundry detergent, snacks, and drinks. With a rental car, everything the island has to offer is easily accessible from here.
The only point of concern was the rather hard bed; as mentioned in other reviews. We only mentioned this upon departure, when it turned out that a solution would have been available if we had. I would therefore advise any future visitors to ask about this immediately upon arrival.

The place was super clean, modern and well mantained! The thing I liked the most was the warmth and the smiles that Gela (the host) and her family had for us all the time. Super chilled and calm vibes.
Last day we had the ferry late in the evening and they even offered us to have a shower in the apartment After the check out time (of course, this Is subjected to availability of the structure). They Always try to accomodate your request and they are genuinly Happy to help, you can fully feel It 😊

We spent four nights at Yvonne's Tropical Villa and felt very comfortable from the start. The apartment was spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The balcony with its subtle sea view was especially lovely – perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Yvonne and her team were incredibly attentive – on our second day, we found a beautifully arranged fruit platter on our bed, featuring fruit from their own garden. Such gestures demonstrate how much they value their guests' well-being. Our requests were always accommodated. We felt almost like we were part of a family, yet also very safe and well cared for.
The location was also excellent: A car is certainly an advantage, but even on foot, many places were easily accessible. There were takeaways nearby, a bar and a restaurant just two minutes away, and a supermarket directly down the street – very convenient!

Wonderful place, stayed here last year and stayed again this year. Comfortable villa with hospitable hosts. All amenities are there, spacious room. Breakfasts are included. We were met at the ferry station and taken to our destination. They also helped with car rental. Homely atmosphere, new clean villa with warm-hearted hosts. I'll be back again, thank you.

Very nice accommodation, modern, on a quiet street in the Grande Anse area. The host is very kind, helpful and direct. They were available at any time. I booked the accommodation 1 hour before arrival, they confirmed it immediately and were ready to wait for us. We also received fruit during our stay which was very nice. Clean, tidy and well equipped apartment.
